How is it played – ‘short version’

Format:             1v1

​

Pitch:                 Contested within the 18-yard box (excluding the goalkeepers’ box)

​

Players:             Only 2 players on the pitch at any one time                       

​

Kick off:             Players take it in turns with and without the ball to attack and defend against the other

​

Aim:                   The aim is to dribble past the opponent and score a goal

​

Scoring:             A shot on goal can only be taken once past the opponents KO line and in the scoring zone

​

Duration:           No time limit applies; match is concluded once all kick offs have been played
